Meet Lehla Moran (RHN)Lehla will begin with the fundamentals—nutrition and lifestyle—before gradually introducing more detailed guidance and therapy recommendations as you progress together. Since healing starts in the gut—whether due to nutrient deficiencies, poor absorption, accumulated toxicity, or chronic conditions—she will take a deep dive into your lifestyle history and create a personalized strengthening or restorative program tailored to your unique needs and goals.
A carefully designed detox program will be introduced once your body has had time to rest and rebuild. Detoxification requires inner strength and resilience, so preparation is key to ensure your body is strong enough to handle the process effectively. As your journey continues, you will also explore deeper mental and emotional awareness. Lehla is a Nutritherapist and Holistic Practitioner specializing in lifestyle management and balance to help combat chronic conditions such as burnout, fibromyalgia, arthritis, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, skin conditions and anxiety. She is also the owner of Salt Wellness, an integrated health spa offering Registered Professional Services such as Massage, Acupuncture and Osteopathy, alongside a range of Holistic Healing Modalities including Somatic Trauma Therapy, Floatation Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Qigong and more , to support clients physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. |

My passion for health and wellness was ignited at a young age, inspired by the alive magazines that were always present at my grandmother’s house. As a teenager, I knew I wanted to run a health spa, so I pursued business in university to equip myself with the knowledge to build one.
However, life had other plans. A major car accident, multiple injuries, personal losses, and other traumas took a toll on my body. By my mid-20s, I was constantly exhausted and in pain. I pushed through, ignoring the symptoms, until they became unbearable. At 30, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Doctors handed me a prescription for multiple medications, told me my condition would worsen with age, and offered little hope for improvement. I was on disability at the start of my adult life, facing what felt like a bleak future. But deep down, I refused to accept that this would be my reality.

My healing journey began with naturopathy and acupuncture, followed by the purchase of an infrared sauna for home use. I experimented with various therapies and wellness strategies, discovering what truly worked. This personal exploration led me to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, specializing in Mental Health, Cancer Management & Prevention, and Detoxification. I recalled those alive magazines—how they instilled hope and offered valuable health insights. I remembered my passion for holistic wellness and my dream of opening a healing center. Determined to find a better way, I immersed myself in research on fibromyalgia and similar chronic conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, adrenal fatigue, and chronic pain. I chose to see my diagnosis not as a limitation, but as an opportunity to deepen my knowledge and fuel my passion. Over the years, I built a vast network of trusted health practitioners—many of whom I continue to work with and refer clients to today. Through my experience and research, I’ve identified the most effective programs and modalities for individuals facing similar challenges. I now help my clients save time, money, and energy by guiding them toward proven solutions.

Today, I am proud to own and run Salt Wellness Centre, all while raising two children, supporting my husband in his business, and living in full remission. I have reclaimed my health, found joy and peace, and now dedicate my life to helping others do the same.
Originally founded as a float and salt therapy center, Salt Wellness has evolved into a comprehensive Integrated Health Spa offering a unique blend of holistic modalities, detoxification therapies, and registered professional services. Our mission is to empower our clients on their health journeys, providing:
• Symptom management support
• Education and wellness tools
• Referrals to trusted practitioners
• Preventative care for long-term health
